The band LIT has posted a message on their myspace page announcing that their drummer Allen Shellenberger is being treated for a brain tumor! Due to this they have canceled their upcoming European tour and are asking fans to post uplifting messages which will be relayed to Shellenberger in the hospital... Our thoughts and prayers go to him and his family and friends
Although it happened like 2 years ago the guys in Bullet for My Valentine have decided that now is a good time to talk about the rift they had with Rob Zombie. At the time they were on tour with eachother and frontman Matt Tuck posted a blog calling Zombie's camp "money-grubbers." And that he was upset that the Zombie people were forcing them to sell their merchandise at inflated prices! And for their trouble they got booted from the tour. Now Bullet's drummer Michael Thomas is saying that they stood up for themselves and don't regret it cause it could've been worse! After getting dropped from Zombie they ended up touring with Guns N Roses
More bad news -- Police in England believe that a 13 year old's obsession My Chemical Romance may have led to her committing suicide! An inquest into the hanging death of Hannah Bond suggest that her obsession with emo music, in particular My Chemical Romance, may have actually driven her to killing herself. She had reportedly told online friends that she intended to live on in the afterlife as a member of "the black parade" which is an obvious reference to the band's last album.
